Appointment Scheduling Program
The Shugarman's Bath SkillBridge program is all about sales and closing. 100% Remote, the program features introductory and ongoing sales training, as well as immediate live application of the skills being trained. Within 2 days to 2 weeks of starting, most participants will be making dials and closing. Continuing employment may also be offered upon completion of the SkillBridge Program. The context of the calls is the construction and home remodeling industry. Essentially, contractors around the country invest heavily in generating leads online, on TV, mailings, etc. Those leads then need to be converted to in-home appointments so the contractors' salesperson can visit the customer's home and make a presentation. As an Appointment Setting Sniper, you are being trained to make that call. Leads are easily valued at $100+, and so you are being trained to sell in an environment where the stakes of each and every dial are high impact!
ABOUT THE JOB
The foundation of skills developed through the SkillBridge program are intended to transfer to any job in sales (remote or in-person) and/or customer service. Moreover, the ability to turn a 'no' into a 'yes', the ability to handle 200+ contacts a day, the ability to overcome objections, the ability to close, and ultimately, the ability to handle a customer with care are universally applicable to almost any position in the business community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make dials to potential clients to set in-home appointments for contractors.
- Convert online, TV, and mailing leads into actionable sales opportunities.
- Handle 200+ contacts a day and overcome objections to close sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a high-speed internet connection.
- Own a computer with updated hardware.
- Must have a VOIP optimized headset (Gaming headsets do not work).
- Must be available to participate some evenings and weekend hours.
- Must have customer service and sales experience.
