ABOUT THE JOB
As a full-cycle recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting transitioning service members and civilian candidates with opportunities in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruiting process, preparing you for a successful civilian career.Key Responsibilities:• Source & Engage Talent – Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with qualified candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.• Evaluate & Align – Review experience and conduct in-depth conversations to assess skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.• Guide the Process – Present opportunities with transparency, set clear expectations, and prepare candidates for interviews.• Support & Onboard – Coordinate submissions, facilitate offer presentations, and assist with compliance and onboarding for a smooth transition.• Maintain Relationships – Conduct regular check-ins to ensure candidate success and client satisfaction.• Problem-Solve Professionally – Address performance challenges through coaching, and manage escalations or terminations with professionalism and compliance.What You’ll Gain:• Hands-on training in professional recruiting• Experience managing the full hiring process from sourcing to placement• Leadership, communication, and client-service skills that transfer directly to a post-military careerThis SkillBridge opportunity is ideal for transitioning service members who want to develop valuable recruiting expertise while making an impact in the careers of others.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Aviation Maintenance Experience
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P): Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft structures, engines, and mechanical systems.
- Avionics: Installing, calibrating, and repairing navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
- Structures & Sheet Metal: Conducting structural repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on aircraft frames, skins, and components.
- Hydraulics, Fuel, & Electrical Systems: Diagnosing and repairing critical systems that keep aircraft operational and compliant with FAA and DoD regulations.
- Preventative Maintenance & Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with technical manuals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Aviation Maintenance ExperienceAviation maintenance experience refers to the technical knowledge and hands-on skills required to inspect, repair, service, and maintain aircraft to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
