A high-autonomy field leadership fellowship responsible for the end-to-end management of residential restoration projects. Fellows command a designated territory to identify storm damage, negotiate insurance scopes of work, and oversee construction logistics from contract to final financial close-out. This program is a direct pipeline to full-time management roles with Advocate Construction.
This 24-week Professional Fellowship provides a comprehensive transition into the residential restoration industry. Fellows progress through four distinct phases: * Phase I: Territory Identity & Market Analytics (Weeks 1-4). * Phase II: Technical Auditing & Property Assessment (Weeks 5-10). * Phase III: Negotiation Mastery & Pipeline Management (Weeks 11-16). * Phase IV: Production Logistics & Financial Stewardship (Weeks 17-24). Fellows who demonstrate "Proficiency" (3.0 or higher on the Advocate Standardized Rubric) will be extended a formal offer of permanent employment upon graduation.
While we specifically target leaders from Combat Arms, Logistics, and Recruiting backgrounds, this fellowship is open to all MOSs/Ratings for candidates who demonstrate high 'Will,' resilience, and a desire for high-autonomy field leadership. Must possess a valid Driver's License.
