The Professional Services I role is an entry-level position within UiPath’s Professional Services team, responsible for supporting automation projects through development, implementation, and customer enablement.
ABOUT THE JOB
This role works closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deploy and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technology. The ideal candidate will possess technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to help drive customer success in their automation journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting automation projects through development, implementation, and customer enablement
- Works closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deploy and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions

QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical acumen
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Previous information technology or application development experience
- Experience working as a liaison for internal customers or partners
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who have previous information technology or application development experience where they worked as a liaison for their internal customers or partners could be an excellent fit for this role.
