OMNI's DevSecOps SkillBridge Program is a six-month/180-day internship that spans 26 weeks. This plan outlines Omni’s Training Objectives, and Defined Tasks, as well as a Schedule of Events broken down into 4 modules. Training Plan includes ~200 hours of tailored online course training content.
During this engagement you will obtain a Proficient level in the DevSecOps learning path. The online learning will be put to action as the Intern applies their knowledge and skills to support a real Omni Federal DevSecOps project. This includes learing about OMNI's business and delivery model. You will complete training on Enterprise DevOps, Linux fundamentals, Networking, Software Security and Python. Next you will form intermediate DevSecOps skills including AWS, Compute & Storage fundamentals, Containers & Kubernetes, Deployments, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts. Lastly, you will contribute to tasks leveraging learned AWS, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration & Compliance, Identity & Access Management and other tools to complete specific tasks.
Must reside within the continental united states
All work will be done remotely, online learning and on the job training
