ABOUT THE JOB

Lead the effort to develop and implement a current organizational strategic initiative. Reports to the Director of Field Operations. Coordinates with multiple staff and stakeholders. Research, analyze, develop solutions, and help implementation. Advance the mission of OCF in order to make a positive impact on the military community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience receiving commander's intent
• Experience leading a team
• Ability to develop and implement solutions that have decisive impact in the field
