Venture Capital Fellowship

First In Ventures' Venture Capital Skillbridge Fellowship is a hands-on training program for transitioning Service Members seeking exposure to early-stage investing across defense tech, cybersecurity, and AI. Over 3-6 months, fellows learn end-to-end VC fowrflow - sourcing, screening, diligence, and memo writing - while building market intelligence and pipeline management skills in tools like Airtable, Harmonig, and Pitchbook.

ABOUT THE JOB

Skillbridge fellows will: Source and track new investment opportunities, cont=duct initial company research and market mapping, suport diligence on selected opportunities, participate in founder calls, and assist with firm operations and investor-relations tasks.
