KMC Rubber Project Manager Program - On-The-Job Training (OJT)

As a Project Manager at KMC Rubber, transitioning service members will oversee the execution of custom rubber manufacturing contracts for federal and commercial sectors. This 151 to 180-day program refines military leadership skills into the civilian workforce.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Project Manager trainee will manage timelines, cross-functional communication, and resource allocation from initial compounding design to final production. Training emphasizes executing complex manufacturing projects within our ISO 9001:2015 certified environment.
