Vulnerability Management Production Coordinator

A member of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Logistics team supports CISAs efforts to enhance the security, resiliency, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure. Students will learn the centralized logistics programs that support a diverse mission and workforce that spans the entire nation.

ABOUT THE JOB

There are two vacancies for this role. This role is located the in Arlington/Ballston/NCR. Distributing and disseminating information and analysis so as to assure that the information reaches not only the organization requesting it, and for which it was originally designed, but also all others in the cybersecurity community who may have an need or interest in it.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in fields related to communications and knowledge management
• Attention to Detail
• Customer Service
• Oral Communication
• Problem solving abilities
• Familiar with knowledge management tools (including but not limited to ServiceNow, SharePoint, O365 Suite, etc)
• Basic understanding of Information Security Principles
• Desired: Process automation Coding skills related to ServiceNow, Drupal, SharePoint, Confluence
• Desired: Technical Writing and Editing

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

There are two vacancies for this role. Participant must be in the NORVA / NCR area. TS/SCI required.Minimum of 1 year experience in fields related to communications and knowledge management, and has Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem solving abilities. Familiar with knowledge management tools (including but not limited to ServiceNow, SharePoint, O365 Suite, etc); basic understanding of Information Security Principles. Desired: Process automation Coding skills related to ServiceNow, Drupal, SharePoint, Confluence; Technical Writing and Editing.
