This SkillBridge opportunity offers hands-on training as both a gutter technician and a crew leader. Participants will gain real-world experience in roofing, siding, gutters, and more. Upon successful completion, they may be offered a crew leader role, managing schedules and team members. All necessary tools, equipment, and a vehicle are provided daily. It's a path-way to hands on leadership in the construction industry!
The role includes hands-on installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters, siding, roofing, framing, and other construction tasks across multiple sites. As a crew leader, you'll supervise and guide a team, coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety protocols, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship. You'll also handle materials and equipment, plan project flow, and communicate progress to management, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
Valid drivers license, willingness to travel between job sites, physical ability to manual labor, safety training or awareness, and positive attitude toward teamwork and leadership.
