In this growth-oriented role, you will receive hands-on training to master the financial and operational heartbeat of our small business. Starting with bookkeeping and data entry in software like QuickBooks, you will progressively learn to manage accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly reporting. Beyond the numbers, you will gain experience in inventory management—tracking stock levels and optimizing orders—and retail sales, where you’ll handle point-of-sale transactions and provide top-tier customer service. You will also support marketing initiatives by analyzing sales data to help shape promotional strategies.
