Adaptic is seeking a SkillBridge participant interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and business operations supporting Intelligence Community (IC) programs. As a growing NSA contractor, Adaptic offers a unique opportunity to learn how cleared staffing, compliance, and program support function within the IC ecosystem.This role is ideal for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and eager to engage—from recruiting and pipeline development to operational coordination and process improvement. The SkillBridge participant will work closely with experienced team members, gaining exposure to cleared recruiting workflows, candidate engagement, and contract-driven staffing requirements, with mentorship and training provided throughout the program.Candidates located in Maryland with an active polygraph are strongly preferred. There is potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the SkillBridge program, based on performance and business needs.
• Support recruitment efforts through proactive outreach and communication with potential candidates• Assist in developing and refining marketing materials to support recruiting and business development initiatives• Support review and organization of recruiting and staffing-related materials• Conduct data analysis to support recruiting metrics, pipeline tracking, and operational insights• Help build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to active and anticipated program needs• Assist with tracking candidate activity, submissions, and internal reporting• Contribute to additional operational and business initiatives as they arise
