The Assistant Asset Management SkillBridge/CSP Track provides transitioning service members with hands-on training in multifamily real estate asset management, operational analysis, financial reporting, and portfolio performance management. Interns will learn how to analyze property operations, monitor KPIs, track business plan performance, support investor reporting, oversee CapEx projects, and identify operational risks while working alongside leadership in a real-world investment environment. This program is designed to develop analytical, organizational, and strategic decision-support skills that prepare participants for post-military careers in asset management, multifamily operations, investment analysis, and real estate portfolio management.
