JPAR Real Estate is proud to offer an immersive SkillBridge-approved real estate internship in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, developed and led by veteran real estate leaders from the Navy, Air Force, Army, and Marine Corps. Interns will train alongside licensed veteran Realtors and in-house industry partners, gaining hands-on experience in real estate operations, marketing, client engagement, and transaction management. This structured, 12-week program is tailored for transitioning service members seeking to launch meaningful real estate careers while remaining local to the DFW Metro area. Built by veterans, for veterans, the internship provides mission-focused mentorship and a clear path into the real estate profession.
Interns will work side-by-side with top-producing Realtors and lending partners to gain hands-on experience in residential real estate transactions, marketing, negotiation, and client care. Participants will: learn how to list, market, and sell homes in the DFW Metroplex market. Support open houses, buyer showings, and marketing campaigns. Receive guided training on Texas real estate licensing requirements. Use industry-standard tools like CRMs, MLS, DocuSign, and transaction platforms. Work alongside mortgage lenders and title partners to learn the full sales cycle. Get mentored by senior real estate military veterans who successfully transitioned to real estate careers ⚠️ This internship is ideal for transitioning service members who can stay in DFW during their SkillBridge internship and are open to relocating anywhere in Texas after completion.
Must be eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation. Must be willing to obtain a Texas real estate license (training guidance provided). SkillBridge internship is completed in El Paso, with the option to relocate anywhere in Texas after completion. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and discipline preferred.
