VETS is seeking a motivated transitioning service member for an internship focused on marketing, operations, and small business management. Interns will gain hands-on experience in CRM systems, customer engagement, market research, logistics coordination, and leadership. This is a full-time opportunity designed to build civilian-ready skills in a fast-paced, veteran-owned business.

ABOUT THE JOB

Marketing Basics-Learn fundamental marketing tools, concepts, and skills.-Gain experience in relationship building and market research.-Assist in developing target market strategies and branding initiatives.Marketing Management-Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.-Participate in focus groups and customer engagement strategy sessions.-Apply marketing strategies in real-world scenarios.Small Business Operations-Learn and apply accounts payable/receivable procedures.-Utilize CRM and scheduling software to coordinate services.-Gain insight into business logistics and administrative processes.Skill Building & Sustainability-Build leadership and operational planning skills in a civilian context.-Apply concepts to develop sustainable marketing and growth initiatives.-Receive resume-building mentorship and transition planning support.
