Collective Co is seeking a transitioning service member to join our team as an Organizational Health Consultant (SkillBridge). This role is designed for leaders who want to apply their operational and team leadership experience to helping CEOs and executive teams build clarity, trust, and alignment.You will gain hands-on experience supporting executive offsites, leadership workshops, and coaching engagements while learning proven organizational health frameworks. Responsibilities include session preparation, client support, observing and assisting in leadership conversations, and helping translate complex challenges into clear next steps.Ideal candidates are eligible for SkillBridge, curious, coachable, organized, and passionate about people, and leadership. This role provides real-world consulting exposure and prepares participants for a successful transition into business or leadership consulting.
