TWB, a joint venture with Worthington Steel has opportunities for service members transitioning out of the military to join our team to train for careers in our industrial maintenance teams. This is a great opportunity for service members who have worked on heavy equipment, military vehicles or other equipment to learn new skills and apply existing skills to the manufacturing industry.
ABOUT THE JOB
Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned. Successfully troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction. Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately. Perform advanced electricity in order to work in maintenance field safely. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with heavy equipment, military vehicles, or other equipment.
- Ability to perform advanced electricity tasks.
- Skill in welding and fabrication.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Skillbridge participants would be limited to 40-hour work weeks. May be required to work an off shift once hired full time. Background check and drug screen are required.
