Dahlgren is located near Fredericksburg, VA and between Washington, DC and Richmond, VA. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelors in STEM fieldExperience: 7+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projectAbility to work independently and/or leads sub-teams, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problemsPREFERENCES: Active Secret DoD security clearance? We’d love to talk to you! Experience in requirement development and managementExperience in applying system engineering processesThis position involves communication with senior level TSC employees as well as tenured government employees, so strong written and verbal communication skills are extremely helpful
