The Human Resources Assistant is an entry-level training position designed for transitioning service members seeking civilian experience in Human Resources. This structured 120-day program provides comprehensive exposure to core HR functions through a blended learning model that includes formal instruction and supervised on-the-job application.
Under the guidance of senior HR leadership, the trainee will develop foundational knowledge and practical skills in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.This position is developmental in nature and prepares participants for entry-level HR roles in the civilian workforce.
