Basler Turbo Conversions takes the legendary DC-3 and puts it through the industry's most extensive remanufacturing process. The BT-67 modernization encompasses: A complete airframe overhaul, Aerodynamic enhancements, Structural modifications that boost strength and performance, New systems designed to enhance reliability.With guidance from our knowledgeable leaders and A&P Mechanics, you will play an important role in converting the DC-3 into the BT-67. ABOUT THE JOB
Broaden your skill set or shift your current abilities in airframe structural mechanics, maintenance, or sheet metal and work through hands-on experience under the mentorship of leaders and certified A&P Mechanics. Assisting in aircraft dismantling, overhauling, repairing, fabricating, assembling, welding, engine maintenance, and sheet metal work, painting parts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in aircraft dismantling
- Overhauling, repairing, fabricating, assembling, welding, engine maintenance, and sheet metal work
- Painting parts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must meet FAA requirements
- Submission to FAA/DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Must be familiar with air tools, hand tools
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude

This internship duration is flexible.Must meet FAA requirements and submission to FAA/DOT drug and alcohol testing. Must be familiar with air tools, hand tools & must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
