The final phase of the program focuses on advanced exposure, networking, career preparation, and transition support to assist participants in successfully moving from military service into a civilian healthcare career. This program is intended to enhance clinical readiness, strengthen professional skills, and provide valuable insight into nursing opportunities within Trinity Health while participants function in a supernumerary training capacity and do not replace scheduled staff.**Participants will function in a supernumerary (non-staffing) capacity, ensuring training does not replace scheduled personnel.
