Job training to learn how to run and operate commercial janitorial company. This job requires learning customer base and unique requirements by each customer. Also learning how to properly perform all aspects of janitorial services provided and then be able to train other staff to preform work and evaluate and correct as needed.Position would also learn how to prospect potential customers, fully understand how to calculate work requirements and translate into bid for work.
