Pastoral Training Opportunity
The Assistant Pastor serves alongside the Senior Pastor to support the spiritual growth and ministry of the church. Responsibilities include teaching and discipling believers, assisting with worship services, providing pastoral care and counseling, overseeing ministry programs and volunteers, helping coordinate church events, and participating in outreach and community engagement. The Assistant Pastor supports the vision and mission of the church through servant leadership, biblical teaching, and faithful administration while helping equip the congregation for ministry and Christian growth.
