Duties will include: 4 week training across all areas of the bake shop.Laminated dough and limited bread production.Various cookie production, and Swiss regional cookies.Various seasonal desserts, tarts, cakes, pastries.Chocolate and bonbon production, cocoa butter tempering, mold decorating.Front of house duties, customer service.
