This structured 90-day training program provides transitioning service members with foundational and hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems. Participants will be introduced to safety protocols, electrical theory, tools, and IE's manufacturing environment. Under the guidance of licensed electricians and supervisors, trainees will assist in installations, cable routing, conduit bending, reading blueprints, and troubleshooting electrical issues. They will progressively build competencies in interpreting wiring diagrams, performing torque specifications, and supporting quality assurance efforts. By program completion, interns will demonstrate readiness for entry-level electrician roles within industrial settings.
