As a CMMC Cloud Security Engineering Consultant, you’ll utilize the battle-hardened architecture that our R&D team has produced for the implementation of secure and compliant Microsoft GCC/GCC-High environments. This architecture is already in use by leading manufacturing, IT, and professional service organizations within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) serving the United States Department of Defense (DOD).You will be part of a team that supports the efforts of these organizations to become compliant and remain compliant to satisfy DOD's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification and related government regulations as an engineer, either providing a turnkey technical solution or answering questions for those who are comfortable implementing the solution on their own.Additionally, once the technical implementation is complete, you will be tasked with aiding the organization with customizing any policies and procedures from fleshed out templates to ensure they understand the need to produce actionable evidence to prove the maturity of their environment and human element implementation.This role is an entry level role that is critical for our growth and evolving workforce.
2+ years of IT experience with experience in cloud administration, virtualization, and user endpoints.2+ years of information technology cybersecurity experience, which can run concurrently.Must be able to pass a T3 background check.Strong analytical, reading, and writing skills.Ability to self-study, learn quickly, and pass certification exams.Must be willing and able to certify CompTIA Security+ within three months of onboarding.
