This role is designed to help transitioning service members develop civilian career skills through structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to financial services operations.Responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding and account maintenance, preparing and processing financial documents, updating client records, coordinating paperwork, and responding to routine client inquiries under supervision. The intern also supports reporting, data entry, and administrative functions while learning industry regulations, client service best practices, and professional office workflows.This SkillBridge opportunity provides practical experience in a professional financial environment, strengthens transferable skills such as communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service. As a SkillBridge Client Service Associate, you will support day‑to‑day office operations while developing professional, civilian‑ready skills. Under supervision, you will:-Support client onboarding by helping prepare paperwork, gathering required information, and ensuring documentation is complete-Assist with routine account maintenance tasks such as updating client information and processing service requests-Communicate with clients professionally by phone and email to address basic questions and coordinate next steps-Maintain accurate client records using CRM and internal office systems-Organize, file, and manage digital and physical documents in accordance with confidentiality and compliance standards-Assist with scheduling appointments, follow‑ups, and internal meetings-Help prepare materials for client meetings, including reports, forms, and presentation packets-Collaborate with advisors and team members to support workflow and office efficiency-Observe and shadow experienced staff to learn client service best practices and operational processes
