Alaska Aircraft Sales and Maintenance is looking to add 2 experienced APs to our team. Part 145 Repair Station specializing in repair, modification and maintenance of DeHavilland, Pilatus, Cessna, Piper, Grumman and Daher aircraft. We offer repair services to turbine, radial, and piston engines. Customer base includes Part 135 operators so "after hours" obligations arise but are limited. - Conduct airframe, powerplant, propeller inspections and service actions IAW manufacturer and FAA guidance.- Perform maintenance/repair actions to enable current and future airworthy status.- Work with limited supervision and supervise mechanic apprentices.- Communicate work progress and issues limiting production to management.- Promote a professional image; courteous to customers and co-workers.
- Highly encourage a current AP or AP/IA license.- Read & understand technical manuals, drawings, AC 43.13- Perform maintenance, repair or modification IAW standard practices.- Comply with FAA mandated drug testing program.
