The objective of our program is to ensure the participants are trained and equipped with the required skills to perform technical support. It equips them with a deeper understanding of world-class cyber security, network, and product support for specific Tenable products.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Technical Support Intern provides consistent, world-class security, network, and product support for specific Tenable Cyber and Cyber Security products. In serving as the primary liaison between the company and customer, the Technical Support Intern resolves real-world technical challenges by supporting cutting-edge vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software across complex, multi-faceted customer deployments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consistent, world-class security, network, and product support for specific Tenable Cyber and Cyber Security products.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer.
- Resolve real-world technical challenges by supporting cutting-edge vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software across complex, multi-faceted customer deployments.
