ALQIMI is a participant in the U.S. Department of War SkillBridge Program and offers a structured internship for transitioning service members pursuing careers in data engineering, big data analytics, and data infrastructure development. The Data Engineer SkillBridge Program is designed to prepare participants for civilian roles supporting data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and scalable technology solutions. Participants receive hands-on training in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures using open-source big data technologies. The program combines technical instruction, applied project work, and professional development to bridge military experience to civilian data engineering roles.
Data Engineer, Junior Data Engineer, Big Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Data Infrastructure Engineer, Data Platform Engineer, and related data and analytics engineering roles.
Must have experience in a related military career field. Ability to attain and hold DOD clearance.
