This program is intend to provide guidance towards obtaining a license to practice real estate in NE FL and SW AL. Once licensed by the State guidance on sales, contracts, terms and practices necessary to be successful in the worked of real estate.
Residenial agent, Real estate broker, Commercial agent, Sales expert, Contract expert, Negotiations expert
Must have a car and a laptop. Must have the means and ability to submit an application for State licensing in Florida and/or Alabama

The real estate course is deeply discounted for Veterans and most run great specials. The state licensing can be covered with licensing program from Navy COOL or TA including getting a degree in real estate.
