The REMAX Ultra SkillBridge Program gives transitioning service members real, hands on exposure to the residential real estate industry inside a high performing team environment.You will see how a transaction moves from first conversation to closing, how agents build business, and how lenders, inspectors, and partners work together to serve the client.Our focus is simple: clarity, exposure, and execution.This program is built with the real estate agent path in mind. You will be trained and mentored as if you are stepping into that role, learning how to generate business, build relationships, and manage a pipeline.At the same time, we know this industry is bigger than one path. If your strengths align elsewhere, we will help you identify that and support you in choosing the path that fits you best.Throughout the program, you will: - Understand how the real estate industry operates - Gain exposure to client service, business operations, and transaction flow - Learn how the market drives real time decisions - Expand your professional network - Develop transferable skills that carry into any careerYou will be immersed in a team of entrepreneurs, so you can experience it firsthand and determine if this is the path you want to pursue.
The Real Estate Explorer program operates inside the day to day workflow of a high performing residential real estate team, giving you both in office and field exposure so you can experience how the business runs in real time.As an Explorer, you will be learning side by side with the people building the business. You will work directly with the Team Lead, Director of Business Development, and Brokerage Owner and Top 1% Producing Agent, giving you a front row seat to how decisions are made, how opportunities are created, and how a real estate business is built and scaled.This is hands on. You are not sitting on the sidelines. You are a part of the team and contributing as you learn.The schedule reflects the reality of the industry. Most of your time will be structured weekday hours, with visibility into how business extends into evenings and weekends based on client needs because this is a relationship driven business and timing matters.Explorers will observe and assist with activities such as: - Transaction coordination - Administrative and operational support - Client communication processes - Listing preparation and property marketing - Property research and market analysis - Coordination with industry partnersYou will be in the middle of it with us, contributing while you learn, seeing how multiple moving parts come together, how problems get solved in real time, and how momentum is created and maintained.This program is designed to give you real clarity on the real estate agent path, and what it actually takes to build a business in this industry.Program Details: - Office Location: Chesapeake, VA - Field Coverage: Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News - Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with visibility into evenings and weekends as business requires - Program Length: 90 daysWho This Is For:This program is designed for transitioning service members who are seriously exploring the real estate agent path and want real world exposure to what it actually takes to build a business in this industry.It is also a strong fit for those interested in business ownership or the broader real estate industry.
