Junior Advisor Training Program
This internship is a structured, hands-on training program designed to equip participants with the skills, technical knowledge, and industry experience necessary to pursue a career as a FINRA-licensed Financial Advisor. Over 20 weeks, interns will engage in real-world financial planning, client engagement, portfolio management, and compliance training within an established advisory firm. The program combines mentorship, practical application, and structured study to prepare interns for the FINRA SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 exams. By the end of the internship, participants will have developed a strong foundation in financial advisory services, gained valuable industry insights, and positioned themselves for a successful transition into a full-time financial advisory role.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Junior Advisor will support senior advisors by assisting in client service delivery, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance. The training program will equip the trainee with the necessary skills to transition into a Lead Advisor role.
