Reporting to the Founder, we’re looking for individuals who want to make a real impact and build a new MAIP for your future. Here are the categories of tasks: 🎯 Career and Education Support• Career Coach – Guide participants through career transitions.• Skills Profile and LinkedIn Advisor – Help craft profiles that highlight real skills and strengths.• Mock Interview Partner – Provide feedback that builds confidence and readiness.________________________________________🤝 Business and Employer Engagement• Corporate Ambassador – Advocate for skills-first hiring with local employers.• Business Development Volunteer – Support partnership outreach and relationship-building.• Employer Liaison – Connect graduates with hiring partners and track outcomes.________________________________________🌍 Community and Outreach• Community Outreach Ambassador – Represent The ASCEND Collective at events and conferences.• Social Media Advocate – Help amplify our impact online.• Event Volunteer – Support logistics for career fairs, fundraisers, and recognition events.• Story Collector – Capture and share participant success stories.________________________________________🧭 Organizational and Administrative Support• Data and Impact Assistant – Help us measure success and report outcomes.• Grant Research Volunteer – Identify funding opportunities to grow our mission.• Administrative Assistant – Support scheduling, communications, and daily operations.
