Internship to learn the structures, strategies, and implementation of real estate asset acquisition and management.

ABOUT THE JOB

Working with seasoned business leaders and investors, candidate will perform analysis of markets using AI and other techniques to identify high-priority assets. Legal structures and strategies will be explored to determine the best way to acquire a given property. In addition, candidate will learn the essentials of maintaining and improving an existing portfolio and will develop a property operating plan to do so.
