Procurement Analyst and primary Orgranization Program Coordinator for the Government Purchase Card Program.
To serve as a Procurement Analyst to provide mission-focused business leadership and perform all pre-award and post award functions for a wide variety of complex and/or specialized acquisitions using the Government Purchase Card Program (GPC) as amethod of payment; and to procure commodities and/or services for complex and/or diversified programs. Serves as the primary Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) and performs GPC program management and oversight to ensure the integrity of the card program, to include convenience check accounts and to ensure all regulations, guidance, policies, and laws are in compliance to include Berry Amendment, Competition In Contracting Act, Buy American Act, and Small Business Act; to provide program advice to other installation contracting officers, GPC program participants, commanders and senior leadership; serve as an advisor to the Contract Review Committee for the purpose of reviewing specified contracts for correctness and adequacy to develop procurement and contracting policies and procedures; resolve problems associated with the use of the cards; audit purchase card activity and to manage higher headquarters directed acquisition management programs.
