LB Skillbridge Program - Commercial Construction

Exciting Opportunity to learn through a detailed, hands on, training program that will teach you how to become an effective superintendent and/or OSHA certified site safety officer in today's commercial construction market. We are looking for construction based Soldiers, Seabees, Marines, and Airmen that work in a construction MOS and want to transition their skills to today's commercial construction market. ABOUT THE JOB

Serve as the Assistant Superintendent as you shadow one of ours to learn the art of being a superintendent and/or site safety officer in today's commercial construction market on large scale projects. We have a well structured 180 day training program that covers all facets of the construction industry today to include safety, scheduling, communication, inspections, quality control, change orders, conflict resolution, trade management, problem solving, construction meetings and record keeping, warranty management, commissioning, reading drawings and specs, and project closeout.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Serve as the Assistant Superintendent to learn the art of being a superintendent and/or site safety officer.
• Shadow an experienced superintendent to learn on large scale projects.
• Participate in a 180 day training program covering safety, scheduling, communication, inspections, quality control, change orders, conflict resolution, trade management, problem solving, construction meetings, record keeping, warranty management, commissioning, reading drawings and specs, and project closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Construction based background (Soldiers, Seabees, Marines, Airmen) with experience in a construction MOS.
