On-the-Job experience with DoD or commercial clients. This would be for servicemembers looking to gain on-site integration with the commercial workforce. Ideal candidate will have previous CST experience, customer service skills, experience with ticketing, change management, patching, imaging, and interfacing with the customer with basic workstation troubleshooting.
Experience preferred. If no prior experience - minimum training period of 120 days. In-person and hybrid available.
