As we continue to grow, we are always on the lookout for qualified individuals with a track record of going above and beyond for their customers.During the Western Aircraft Maintenance Internship, interns will work side by side with Experienced Maintenance Technicians in an FAA certified Class 4 Repair Station to develop skills to assist with inspection, testing, repair, maintenance, and service of aircraft using test equipment and hand tools to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications. Interns will receive daily hands-on maintenance experience to prepare for a career in corporate aviation working on aircraft from industry leading manufacturers such as Gulfstream, Dassualt Falcon, King Air, Piper and Pilatus.
Western Aircraft has multiple SkillBridge opportunities available including: Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, Avionics Technicians and Structures Technicians. While participating in the Western Aircraft Maintenance Internship program, the intern will be assigned to a primary work schedule, Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm. Note: The schedule may vary as required, not to exceed 40 hours per week. Internship training and work is performed onsite at the Western Aircraft facility.
