ABOUT THE JOB

We are a Christian camp and conference center with approximately 1,100 acres of property that includes 2 hotel facilities and year-round guest operations. We host retreats, conferences and workshops for adults and families, as well as 2 summer camp programs and weekend adventure programs for youth. Our Front Office team and Hospitality team help to keep our hotels guest-ready and to administratively manage our retreats/conferences/camps/etc. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in hotel management, learn to use our reservation system (UltraCamp), develop marketing and advertising materials, manage our website and social media, and manage the front office to serve our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage hotel operations to ensure guest readiness
• Use and manage reservation system (UltraCamp)
• Develop marketing and advertising materials
• Manage website and social media
• Administratively manage retreats, conferences, and camps

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in office/administration and hospitality
• Interest in working in a Christian camping or conference center setting
• Desire to serve in a Christian environment
