Our SkillBridge on-the-job training program offers a comprehensive, structured approach to prepare participants for mission-critical civilian roles within TSUB. It combines formal training, covering onboarding, orientation, workplace skills, leadership fundamentals, and role-specific technical skills, with engagement opportunities such as mentoring, milestone check-ins, peer cohort support, job shadowing, and cross-group exposure. This multifaceted plan emphasizes professional conduct, communication, ethics, and emotional intelligence while fostering career development through hands-on experiences and networking. We will conduct continuous evaluation through participant and mentor surveys to ensure program quality and effectiveness.
The Ship Control Program Analyst will work with the ship control (SC) enterprise to ensure that SCl on Virginia Class Submarines are funded, tested, and safe. The candidate works provides oversight for Virginia Class Submarine (VCS) SC systems across new construction, in-service, and future design efforts.This is a leadership role and manages a budget to keep these systems working for new submarines and those already in service. They support all phases of submarine construction and life-cycle support to include installation, repair, etc. The job involves working closely with Navy leaders, technical experts, and industry partners to ensure alignment and that everything runs smoothly and safely.
Must hold active Secret security clearance.
