ITC's Systems & Architecture SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members with structured training, practical experience, and professional mentorship in systems engineering, solution design, and enterprise architecture. Participants develop skills in requirements analysis, system modeling, technical integration, architecture frameworks, and systems lifecycle management while preparing for potential employment opportunities within ITC or its industry partners.
Systems & Architecture professionals support the planning, design, development, integration, and improvement of systems and technical solutions in support of government missions. These professionals apply systems thinking, engineering principles, and architectural practices to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and support the development of reliable and effective systems.Responsibilities may include analyzing and documenting requirements, supporting system and solution design, developing technical models and documentation, evaluating system interfaces and dependencies, supporting integration activities, and contributing to system verification and validation. Professionals may also support the development and evaluation of system and enterprise architectures to ensure technical solutions align with mission, customer, and organizational requirements.These roles require strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand complex systems and translate mission and customer needs into technical requirements and solutions.
