The Supply Chain Specialist SkillBridge Program provides eligible transitioning service members with practical, hands-on training in supply chain operations within a commercial craft brewery. Participants will learn procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination while gaining exposure to the unique needs of brewery operations, agricultural supply chains, and perishable goods management.
The Supply Chain Specialist supports brewery operations by assisting with procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination. Responsibilities include supporting purchase order creation, monitoring supplier lead times, conducting inventory counts, assisting with production schedules, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
Ability to work in a production environment with heat, cold, humidity, and noise exposure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
