Interns will be paired up with an experienced agent to shadow during the internship process. Interns can attend all industry and new agent trainings.

Upon successful completion of the internship the candidate can take the real estate licensing class, join our firm and work as a Realtor in Virginia.

• Shadow an experienced agent during the internship
• Attend all industry and new agent trainings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a high school graduate
• No felonies to obtain a real estate license
