This leadership-focused internship provides hands-on training in daily service operations, route management, customer experience, team supervision, performance tracking, and small business administration within a growing pest control company.The Operations Manager Intern will work directly with ownership and senior leadership to support scheduling efficiency, technician oversight, quality control, customer retention, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives. The participant will gain exposure to operational decision-making, workforce coordination, safety compliance, and business growth strategy.This is a structured, full-time internship designed to develop operational leadership capability and prepare the Service Member for post-military employment in service-based business management. The intern will train under direct supervision and will not replace a paid employee.
