The Advance Technician II learns to lead project execution, overseeing personnel, scheduling, and client coordination. This role is responsible for planning, resource allocation, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope.
The Advance Technician II learns to lead crews and manage daily jobsite operations, plan work, allocate resources, and track progress, learns to interact with clients, Project Managers, Program Manager, and stakeholders, enforce safety, quality, and performance standards.
Must currently have a TS/SCI with Poly for secured facilities opportunities.
