This internship places participants directly within Checkr's Data Analytics organization as a Customer Data Analyst intern. Over the course of the program, you will receive structured training and hands-on experience in data analytics for a high-growth technology company — including tools like Omni, Snowflake, and SQL. Upon successful completion, participants will have developed a full, marketable skillset as a Customer Data Analyst and be well-positioned for full-time employment.
As a Customer Data Analyst intern at Checkr, you will provide data-driven insights and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business value. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and accessibility, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer and product data, translating business needs into data requirements, analyzing customer data and delivering actionable insights, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Omni and Snowflake, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and acting as a point of contact for data-related inquiries across internal teams. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of SQL and data analytics concepts — a technical interview is part of the selection process.
