ImageFIRST Operational Fellowship

ImageFIRST’s Operational Fellowship is an in-person leadership development program for transitioning service members. Participants gain hands-on experience in plant operations, service logistics, safety, team leadership, and financial management within a national healthcare services organization. The program prepares fellows for full-time operational leadership roles.

ABOUT THE JOB

The ImageFIRST Operational Fellowship provides structured, in-person training within active plant and service operations. Participants gain hands-on experience in production workflow, route-based logistics, safety and compliance standards, quality control, and frontline team leadership. Fellows are exposed to core business fundamentals including budgeting and P&L management while working directly alongside General Managers and operational leaders. This program is designed to translate military leadership experience into civilian operational management and prepare participants for potential leadership opportunities within ImageFIRST upon completion.
