A Construction Technician for All Florida Mechanical Services will need to show up to the job on time with the proper uniform and ready to comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements. They will be expected to inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customers HVAC system, install, maintain, and repair customers ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment. A construction technician will diagnosis any HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects. This could involve the cleaning, adjusting and repairing a system, as well as performing warranty services on the unit. The technician will maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources while ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. A technician will be required to participate in all technical trainings provided to them by All Florida Mechanical. Other duties as required.
