HVAC / Plumbing Internship – Training Plan SummaryThis 12–16 week internship provides hands-on experience in the HVAC and plumbing trades, focusing on both residential and commercial systems. Interns will learn to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems—including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems—as well as perform diagnostics and repairs on plumbing systems. Training includes exposure to new construction rough-in techniques and code-compliant installation practices. Participants will gain practical skills and industry knowledge under the guidance of Lakes PHC professionals, with a training timeline of 60–90 days.

We are seeking several qualified applicants that are willing to complete HVAC / Plumbing apprenticeship and begin a new career. We are dedicated to providing a fair wage and meaningful training throughout their career. Must have valid driver's license.Must be able to lift 30 pounds, work on feet for up to 8 hours per day, climb ladders, work in outdoor conditions as needed.
